📩 Order Processing

Each order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number upon shipment.

🚚 Delivery Times

We deliver to mainland France and throughout Europe. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Mainland France: 7 to 15 business days
  • Europe (Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, etc.): 7 to 15 business days
  • Overseas France: 10 to 18 business days

These times are indicative and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales) or exceptional circumstances beyond our control (weather, customs, public holidays).

💾 Delivery Fees

Delivery is free on all your orders in France and Europe, with no minimum purchase. No hidden fees will be added at checkout.

📍 Order Tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped. You can track your order in real-time directly on the carrier's website. If you do not receive your tracking email within 5 business days after your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

🌍 Shipping Origin

Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses in Asia to offer you the best prices. This is why delivery times are slightly longer than for local shipping. Each product undergoes a quality control before shipment.

🛃 Customs & Taxes

For orders destined for France and the European Union, no additional customs taxes will be charged for packages with a value of less than €150. Above this threshold, customs fees may apply in accordance with current regulations. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

📩 Damaged or Lost Package

If your package arrives damaged or if you do not receive it within the indicated timeframes, please contact us immediately at contact@techmenta.fr, stating your order number. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly: reshipment of the package or full refund according to your preference.
